Can I play without a credit card or having to run only $ 10?

The question is what game do you want to play at and where do you live, because it varies depending on situations.
For example here in France, some casinos accept only cash at the cashier to play BJ/Roulette. Then they give you value chips and you can play at a table. If you only have a credit card, then you will find without any problem a bill machine inside the Casino.
And there are some casinos which accepts credit cards at the cashier, you pay and then they give you value chips.
It depends to what group the Casino belongs to (Partouche, Tranchant etc.) They have different rules.
