« on: May 18, 2010, 11:41:19 AM »

201 spin /20mm ball, rotor speed ~4 sec/rotation

Please note that this wheel has different pocket dividers (deeper) compared to Cammegh Connoisseur.

X-axis - number of pockets (form the fall-out point to where the ball stopped);
Y-axis - how many times did the ball hit this number of pockets during those 201 spins.

Shotman, now I know my problem, is it true that the ball bounced back so often,
that's what I didn't understand.

Sorry about a next posting,

what I wonder that the main distance of bouncing is only 5 pockets,
that seems to short for my experiances at the casino where I play.
with the same wheel, small Ivorene ball, 18 mm.

If the value on X-axis is less than zero - it doesn't necessarily mean that it bounced back. I.e. -5 value can mean the ball traveled 5 pockets back or 32 pockets forth. That's it.

what I wonder that the main distance of bouncing is only 5 pockets,

I don't know, I just explained the graph  :). May be if you observe more spins on your wheel (300-500) you will notice another maximum, i.e. in 10 or 22 pockets.
