I was yesterday in a casino, and I tried to watch a wheel which is tilted, but I realized the most difficult part was to find the good revolution. Or at least always the same.

What I do is counting in my head. I trained, and at home I am pretty good and can count to 5 in 1.5s (+/-50ms)
But in the casino, with all the noise and music around, it is very hard to be constant. Getting tired makes your counting wrong too.
I had a little more than 50% times where I was detecting the good revolution .. and I am not happy at all with that

So I would like to know what are your timing methods : count, songs, visual stuffs, else ..
how you trained, what % of time you can get the right revolution, etc ..

I want to know all about the science of timing the ball to get the correct revolution without any device.

After some good time watching the wheel you should be able to recognize the speed of the spin.  I actually do bring a runner's stopwatch to verify my count.  Everyone is different, but to me a "normal" spin is around 2.75 sec.  So I ppractive my cadence based on that amount of time.  The casinos distractions can get you off your own cadence, so that is why  I will use the stopwatch and repeat my cadence while  Iam there with all the distractions and noise.  Obviously, if the wheel is fast, my cadence might produce a spin of 1.5, or slow down to .5 revs per cadence.  Very slow of fast wheels,  Ido not play.  A variance of a 1/4 spin or so is not a problem, and I am able to adjust my betting spread from those pretty well, but of course like all of us, you cannot get too much paractice.

Any is good, perhaps timer is the best, some people use time longer then one ball revolution and observe how much ball has been made in that time.

that would be possible if rotor speed would be always the same.
that's not the case, so each rotor speed has a particular ball revolution time, you would need to know each key time for each rotor rev speed, thus an error on rotor guessing might be increased by the other error in ball revolution key time guessing, since you can't also do the formulas instantly and prefectly.

i personally adjust myself and if i see that i can't do any prediction, that might be because the rotor speed differs by my rotor standard speed in my timing.

that's obviously if rotor speed varies by a small amount, because if it's faster/slower visually, i'd use another time in the first place.

I am not sure what do you mean.
If someone is guessing when the ball is 1 sec per rotation how it can have anything to do with rotor speed.
Perhaps faster rotor since it goes in opposite direction may create illusion that ball is traveling faster.
But some people count reference time and if a ball rotation matches it they read reference number for prediction.

The problem is that with counting we make mistakes in reference time, start of time is also not 100% reading at the end of elapsed time is also not 100% . Allowed differences in between 2 ball rotations are o small and explained possible errors for a not super human are larger then that.

By 2.75 - I just mean 2.75 seconds per one revolution of the wheel.  That is what I find the most comfortable cadence to be for me.  And it happens to also be the fastest time that I feel I can apply any decent VB against.  Usually in our area though I notice the wheels are faster than in LV, which is not always good.
